Free Pastry Tomorrow At Starbucks

You are cordially invited to enjoy a free pastry tomorrow at Starbucks – as long as you buy a beverage to go with it.

Just take this invitation to your nearest highbrow coffee shop, fork over a couple of bucks for a mocha grande (or whatever it is you drink in the morning) and your scone, muffin or danish is absolutely free. (We have no idea why Starbucks calls it an “invitation” when the rest of the world calls it a “coupon,” but free is free, people!)

You’ll have to hurry in, though….this deal expires at 10:30 am tomorrow. So set your alarm for this one!

Coffee Quickie

You’re gonna have to act fast on this one!

From now until March 11, participating Bob Evans restaurants are offering a   free caramel mocha with coupon. Now, I’m a caramel lover and this sounds just yummy…a blend of coffee, hot chocolate and caramel syrup. Wish I had a mug full during Monday’s snowstorm.

The bad news – there’s no Philly location. But for you guys in South Jersey (or if you’re working in the suburbs, or heading down the shore), check out the locations in Turnersville or Mount Laurel.  Sounds like it might be worth stopping by!

It’s The End of The World As We Know It…Pass the Latte

Starbucks. Bargain. I think my head may explode.

For the ultimate proof that the times they are a changin’, Starbucks is offering a bunch of meal deals for what they used to charge for just a cup of joe.  (Okay, a fancy cup of joe.  Maybe even a cup of joseph? Nevermind.)

The coffee shop that changed the world is now offering $3.95 pairings all day long. Yes, you heard it – for less than $4 you can get a tall (12 ounce) cup of coffee with your choice of an artisan ham sandwich, an artisan bacon sandwich, a sausage sandwich (no art involved) or a reduced-fat turkey bacon sandwich.

What’s that you say? You’re more of a latte person? Well, there are pairings for you as well – and still for that $3.95 price tag. With your tall (12 ounce, remember?) caffe latte, you can get a slice of reduced-fat cinnamon swirl coffee cake or perfect oatmeal. (That’s what they’re calling it….not sure what that scary Quaker Oats guy would say.)
